Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Service Support Executive to provide customer support, coordinate service requests, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage service operations while supporting sales and AMC activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries related to service requests, complaints, and AMC contracts
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation, breakdown, and preventive maintenance visits
- Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely closure of service calls
- Maintain customer records, service history, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with Service teams at various locations and team members for smooth service operations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support
- Prepare reports and update data in ERP/CRM systems





Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or service operations
- Experience in customer support, call coordination, or technical service support preferred
- Ability to generate new business leads and support sales activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and target-oriented approach
