Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on, and technically sound Service Technician to join our Jabalpur showroom service team. The ideal candidate has ITI certification in Electrician or Electronics trade and basic experience in vehicle servicing or electrical repairs.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in India's booming Electric Vehicle industry with full product training provided by Luxus Green HQ.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Service & Maintenance

- Perform routine servicing and periodic maintenance of all LX Green EV models
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in vehicles
- Carry out battery health checks and BMS diagnostics
- Inspect and repair motor, controller, wiring harness, and charging systems
- Replace defective parts with genuine Luxus Green spare parts

Customer Service

- Attend to customer vehicle complaints professionally and efficiently
- Explain service work done to customers in simple, clear language.




- Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in perfect working condition
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels at the service centre

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate service job cards for every vehicle Record parts used, labour time, and service details in system
- Report recurring technical issues to the HQ service team
- Maintain service bay cleanliness and tool inventory

Warranty & Quality

- Handle warranty repairs as per Luxus Green guidelines
- Ensure quality checks are done before vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Follow safety protocols while working on high-voltage EV systems

Required Qualifications

Education

- ITI Certificate — Electrician or Electronics trade (Mandatory)
- An additional diploma in automobile or electrical engineering is a plus

Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in vehicle servicing or electrical repairs
- Experience with electric vehicles, e-rickshaws, or battery systems is strongly preferred.
- Freshers with a strong ITI background and eagerness to learn may also apply

Skills:

- Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and battery systems
- Hands-on experience with basic workshop tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Knowledge of motor, controller, and charger systems — preferred




- Basic computer or mobile literacy for job card entry - Good communication in Hindi
