Position: Service Manager – EV Service Centre

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Experience: Prior automobile/service centre or relevant service experience required

The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Service Centre, ensuring smooth vehicle servicing, customer handling, workshop coordination and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle overall Service Centre operations and daily workflow.
- Manage vehicle reception, job cards, service/repair progress, quality checks and final delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians and service staff and allocate daily work.
- Handle customers, understand service complaints and provide updates regarding repair, cost and delivery.
- Monitor pending vehicles, turnaround time and repeat complaints.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts team for required parts and timely repairs.
- Handle basic warranty/service documentation and maintain required records.
- Ensure proper customer approvals, billing coordination and service documentation.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, tools and safety standards,



particularly for EV servicing.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Provide basic daily/periodic service reports and updates to Management.
- Ensure the overall Service Centre operates smoothly and as per company procedures.

Candidate Requirements Prior experience in an automobile workshop, service centre, dealership service department or similar service-related role is required. EV-specific experience is preferred but not mandatory. Company-specific procedures and EV service processes will be explained/trained by Management as required.

The candidate should have positive customer-handling, team-coordination, problem-solving and basic computer/documentation skills, along with a responsible and disciplined approach to work.

Preferred Candidate A practical, responsible individual with prior service/workshop experience who can take ownership of daily Service Centre operations and is willing to learn and adapt to EV-specific service processes under Management guidance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
