Key Responsibilities

Service Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations and service activities.

- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance jobs.

- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

- Implement manufacturer and dealership service standards.

Customer Relationship Management

- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct follow-up calls to obtain customer feedback.

- Build long-term relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations.

- Experience in authorized dealership service operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
