Key Responsibilities1. AMC & CMC Management

- Plan, schedule, and execute AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) activities.

- Ensure timely preventive maintenance visits as per contract commitments.

- Monitor contract renewals and service profitability.

- Maintain contract compliance and customer satisfaction levels.

1. Breakdown Maintenance Management

- Develop and execute rapid response plans for forklift breakdowns.

- Prioritize critical customer equipment and ensure minimum downtime.

- Coordinate field technicians, spare parts availability, and service resources.

- Track breakdown closure TAT (Turnaround Time).

1. Manpower Management

- Lead and manage a team of 50+ service engineers, technicians, and supervisors.

- Plan workforce deployment and resource allocation.

- Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development.

- Ensure adherence to safety policies and service procedures.

1. Service Operations





- Monitor daily service schedules and field activities.

- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

- Improve first-time fix rate and service quality.

- Manage customer escalations and technical support requirements.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong customer relationships and improve retention.

- Ensure SLA compliance and service excellence.

- Conduct regular customer visits and service review meetings.

1. Productivity & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor technician utilization and efficiency.

- Implement productivity improvement initiatives.

- Analyze service data and drive process improvements.

- Reduce breakdown frequency and maintenance costs.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
