Job Title: Service Engineer (Customer Support)

Location: Pune / Vadodara (Baroda) / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain microcontroller-based electronic testing and measuring instruments at customer sites, regional offices, and the manufacturing facility.
- Diagnose product faults, perform calibration, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and field testing of equipment.
- Conduct customer training on product operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Prepare and submit service documentation, including Repair Reports, Service Reports, Calibration Certificates, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Status Reports, and sales/recovery projections.
- Generate service bills and ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships while promoting AMC, calibration, testing, spare parts, and other service offerings.
- Achieve assigned service, revenue, and recovery targets within the allocated territory.




- Provide product performance feedback to the R&D; and Manufacturing teams for continuous product and process improvement.
- Share customer requirements and market insights with the Marketing and Back Office teams.
- Monitor competitor products and market activities, and report relevant observations.
- Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Monthly Work Plans (MWP), tour reports, and travel expense claims on time.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.

Experience
- 1–6 years of experience in servicing, testing, commissioning, or maintenance of electrical/electronic equipment.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
