Job Responsibilities

- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain rooftop & ground-mounted solar PV systems.
- Diagnose inverter, module, and electrical faults.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
- Resolve customer service complaints and provide technical support.
- Monitor plant performance and ensure system efficiency.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.
- Understanding of SLDs and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of net metering and commissioning.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel; two-wheeler license preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in rooftop solar EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience with Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, Huawei, GoodWe, or similar inverters.
- Knowledge of multimeter, clamp meter, and insulation tester.
