About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring minimal equipment downtime.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Service Engineering or Technical Support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs and maintenance.




- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system inspections.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and equipment breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and sales teams for effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts, service tools, and technical documentation efficiently.
- Support product testing, upgrades, and commissioning activities when required.
