Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

The Service

Engineer will install, commission, maintain, and repair CNC machines at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing timely field service support. The role involves offering technical guidance to customers,



documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams for parts, upgrades, and technical escalation.

The Service

Engineer will also support customer training on machine operation and safety, while maintaining skilled communication and service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems.
- Hands-on field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Technical support capabilities, with the ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and CNC programs.
- Maintenance & repair skills for CNC machines and related industrial equipment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, service teams, and technical staff.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Basic understanding of CNC operations, automation, and safety standards; prior CNC service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as required, and manage time and priorities independently.
