Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Industry: Manufacturing (Heavy Machining)

The candidate should be fully conversant with mechanical and electrical maintenance, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and overhauling of Hydraulic and Mechanical Presses. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing faults quickly and independently to minimize machine downtime and effectively handle labour.

The candidate should have knowledge and experience in:

- Safety regulations for equipment handling.
- Functioning and features of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Customer handling.
- Maintenance of heavy equipment using various types of cranes and material handling equipment.
- PLC programming of various PLC systems.
- Power and motor controls, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
