Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nadia.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance, and providing timely field service support. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams about findings,



solutions, and follow-up actions.

The Service

Engineer will also collaborate with technical support staff, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong technical abilities in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for business equipment and related systems.
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and service reporting.
- Hands-on skills in Maintenance & Repair, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Effective Communication skills for working with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Willingness to travel locally as required and work in customer environments following safety protocols.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment servicing or a similar technical role is an advantage.
