- The Service Engineer is responsible for planning and executing service calls, ensuring top-quality technical support to enhance customer experience. This role involves demonstrating expertise in industrial scales, generating leads, building robust customer relationships, and delivering on key performance indicators. The engineer upholds organizational values through effective on-field services, proactive communication, and adherence to good documentation practices. Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service KPI's- Service Planning & Execution:

Plan and execute all types of service calls (weekly/monthly) without escalations.

Ensure top-quality service delivery for internal and external customers.
