Job Role: Service Engineer Trainee

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically inclined Service Engineer to join our service and support team. This role focuses on equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel to customer locations as required.

Eligibility:

- Pursuing final semester or completed a relevant technical degree/diploma
- Willingness to travel for on-site service and support
- Basic understanding of hardware and/or software systems

Skill Requirement:

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in the field and handle in office assignments

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Maintain service logs, reports,



and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support, and accounts) to ensure smooth order execution
- Train customers on basic usage and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities
- Travel to customer locations as required

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Opportunity: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance, attendance, and business requirements.
