We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team for Diesel Generator (DG) sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) sets.
- Attend breakdown calls and carry out preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in DG sets.
- Perform routine inspection and servicing of DG equipment.
- Diagnose engine, alternator, battery and control panel-related issues.
- Carry out A Check, B Check and C Check maintenance activities.
- Maintain service reports and submit job completion reports.
- Attend customer sites for breakdown and service requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team.
- Follow company safety and service procedures.
- Maintain service tools and equipment properly.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Diesel Mechanic / Automobile candidates can also apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Diesel Engines and DG Sets.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
