Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine system health checks during every shift.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents and breakdowns on a 24/7 basis.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with airport and customer representatives for operational support.
- Manage consumables inventory and replenishment activities.
- Support preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the wider service team.
- Address customer queries related to reports and technical matters.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the SKIDATA Technical Support team.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
Candidate Profile
Service Engineer
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, field service,
or maintenance roles.
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide 24/7 operational support.
Senior Service Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or system maintenance.
- Proven experience handling critical customer environments and escalation management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, system diagnostics, and incident resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring service teams is preferred.
