Registering the AMC Quotations and installations (project details), service details, in soft copy.
Updation of Service MIS on daily basis.
Following up with all regions for completion of Preventive Maintenance.
Maintaining project expenses in soft copy related to service / installations.
Documentation in all respects to be maintained and updated.
Service call reports to be collected for calls logged from the concerned branches.
The details with regard to MIS report on SERVICE to be collected from all concerned branches.
Updating the customers on the status of the calls attended by service engineers.
In case spares are required for closure of calls, Co ordination with other departments for speedy delivery of spares.
Keeping all higher authorities duly informed through e mail on the day to day correspondence
