- Work on Service Assurance solutions with focus on Fault & Performance Management
- Hands-on experience with tools like Netcool / SMARTS
- Develop and support APIs and integrations across systems
- Work with telecom OSS / network monitoring environments
- Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service improvements
Preferred candidate profile
- 45 years of experience in Service Assurance / Telecom domain
- Solid knowledge of Netcool / SMARTS / Monitoring tools
- Good programming skills in Python and/or Java
- Experience with APIs, Integration and data processing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Immediate joiners (0–15 days) preferred
