We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Guindy, Chennai.
Job Details
- Position: Service Advisor
- Department: Service Operations
- Location: Guindy, Chennai
- Experience: 2 to 5+ Years
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Compensatory Off on any working day
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and inspect vehicles during service intake.
- Understand customer complaints and accurately prepare job cards.
- Explain service estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate repair and service activities with technicians.
- Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Identify and recommend additional repairs or value-added services when required.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed repairs, services,
and billing details to customers.
- Handle customer concerns and work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of automobile servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Experience in job card preparation and workshop coordination.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
