Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle complaints.
- Conduct a preliminary inspection of the vehicle with the customer.
- Prepare repair orders (ROs) and accurately record customer concerns.
- Explain repair requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repairs.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and obtain approval for additional work.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after quality checks.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Valuable technical understanding of commercial vehicles.
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of workshop operations and service processes.
- Basic computer skills (SAP, DMS, MS Office).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
