The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, coordinating with the workshop, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians and the spare parts team.
Update customers on repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with proper explanation of completed work.
Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Achieve service and labour sales targets.
Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
