Position: Serology Technician

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand)

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Perform HIV and other serological/immunological tests using automated laboratory analyzers.
- Handle sample processing, loading, testing, and result verification as per SOPs.
- Operate and monitor automated serology machines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform daily quality control checks and maintain accuracy of test results.
- Follow laboratory safety, quality, infection-control, and documentation procedures.
- Maintain proper records of samples, test results, QC, and machine-related activities.
- Identify and report abnormal results, technical issues, or instrument errors to the concerned senior.




- Ensure timely processing and reporting of samples while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, MLT or a relevant field.
- Experience in Serology / Immunology / HIV testing will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling automated serology analyzers will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand per month
- Rotational shift allowance/benefits as applicable.
