Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Team Lead with strong experience in On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content Optimization, and SEO strategy. The candidate will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns, guiding the SEO team, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of SEO activities across multiple projects.

The role also involves communicating with international clients, so strong English communication skills are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Keyword Research

- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant opportunities based on business objectives.
- Analyze competitor keywords, SERPs, and search trends.
- Develop and guide keyword strategies across multiple projects.
- Plan SEO activities based on project requirements and performance data.

On-Page SEO & Content Optimization
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and other on-page elements.
- Review content structure, relevance, readability, and keyword placement.
- Optimize images, including alt text and file names.
- Review SEO recommendations before implementation.

Technical SEO
- Conduct website audits and identify technical SEO issues.
- Monitor crawlability, indexing, site structure, mobile-friendliness, and website performance.
- Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Track and follow up on technical issues until resolution.

SEO Performance & Reporting
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and other relevant SEO metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement based on performance data.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor SEO Executives and team members.




- Allocate tasks and monitor project progress.
- Ensure SEO activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Review team output and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams.

International Client Handling
- Communicate with international clients regarding SEO strategies, performance, requirements, and updates.
- Participate in client calls and presentations when required.
- Prepare clear and professional reports and email communication.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable SEO plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Content SEO.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Screaming Frog
- Solid understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, and SEO strategy.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to mentor and coordinate with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong English communication is mandatory due to handling international clients.
- Ability to communicate professionally through emails, calls, and presentations.

Preferred
- Previous experience working with international clients.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior SEO professionals.
- Understanding of SEO performance metrics and conversion-focused SEO.
