Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SEO Specialist role based in Lucknow. The SEO Specialist will manage day-to-day optimization activities, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and technical SEO checks to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.

The role involves conducting regular SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, and preparing performance reports to guide strategy adjustments. The SEO Specialist will plan and execute ethical link building campaigns, collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices, and stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.



The position requires consistent coordination with project managers and other stakeholders to align SEO efforts with overall business and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in keyword research and related competitive analysis tools.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive SEO audits and recommending actionable improvements.
- Experience with ethical link building strategies and off-page optimization.
- Ability to use web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track and interpret SEO performance.
- Hands-on expertise in on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexation.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role is preferred.
