Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy and improve search engine visibility across multiple websites. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content optimization, and performance analytics. The role requires managing SEO initiatives from strategy to execution while collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content for improved search performance.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website performance.
- Plan and implement link-building strategies through ethical white-hat techniques.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
- Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Implement Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms using GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices.




- Manage schema markup and structured data implementation.
- Track website performance and prepare monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed during website updates.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and emerging search trends.
- Mentor and manage SEO executives or interns when required.
- Collaborate with PPC and social media teams to maximize overall digital marketing performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- SEO certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience managing multiple websites and large-scale SEO campaigns.
- Knowledge of international SEO and multilingual websites is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered SEO tools is a plus.
