: SEO Executive

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team member to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will analyze, review, and implement changes to our websites so they are optimized for search engines. You will work closely with our content, development, and design teams to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings across major search engines.

Core Responsibilities

Organic & Local Search (SEO & GMB)

· Conduct extensive keyword research to find high-value search terms.

· Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.

· Monitor site health and resolve crawl ability, indexing, and site speed issues.

· Maintain and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles to maximize local map rankings.

· Manage local business citations, customer reviews, and weekly GMB posts.

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

· Strategy, setup, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).

· Design, target, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and conversions.

· Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).





· Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Direct Marketing & Analytics

· Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing automation campaigns, broadcasts, and customer retention workflows.

· Track daily marketing metrics including organic traffic, ad spend, conversion rates, and ROI.

· Build comprehensive performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio.

SEO Tools

Deep familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Technical Basics

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress.

Robust analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable growth strategies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with web developers and writers.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
