The Senior Executive Integrated Logistics Management (ILM) will serve as the Regional Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all logistics and dispatch-related operations at the assigned MPI manufacturing location.
The role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Plant Operations, Dispatch, Courier Partners, Banks/Customers, Regional Sales Operations Teams, Customer Support, and Central ILM team to achieve best-in-class service levels.
This position will own regional logistics performance, drive operational excellence, resolve dispatch-related issues proactively, ensure courier connectivity, improve customer experience, and support strategic initiatives for ILM.
The role requires solid operational ownership, stakeholder management, problem-solving capability, and ability to work across multiple internal and external teams.
