Job Profile

- Own operations strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with company vision, growth targets, and profitability goals.

- Forecast end-to-end P&L; for accounts, including revenue growth, cost optimization and margin improvement.

- Govern large and complex client contracts, deal structures, commercial terms, and risk management.

- Lead client relationship management and critical escalations, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.

- Drive cost, margin, and billable utilization governance across portfolios, validating billing and revenue realization.

- Oversee program and milestone governance across multiple accounts, ensuring predictable delivery and financial outcomes.

- Define and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and MIS for the CEO, Board, and leadership team.

- Lead vendor and subcontractor strategy, including sourcing models, commercials, and performance governance.





- Identify and implement company wide operational excellence initiatives, automation, and best practices.

- Build, mentor, and lead senior operations leadership, ensuring strong succession planning and organizational maturity.

Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of relevant experience in operations, delivery, or business management within IT / IT services organizations.

- Proven enterprise-level P&L; ownership, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement.

- Solid expertise in contract management, commercial governance, and risk mitigation.

- Extensive experience handling CXO-level client relationships and critical escalations.
