Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop cutting-edge visual designs for packaging, including concept development, design execution, and production-ready files.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective brand identities across various touchpoints (digital & print).

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, illustration, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet client expectations while maintaining attention to detail.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches for design projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience as a senior designer or lead designer in an similar environment and hands on experience in AI tools

- Proficiency in Figma software; knowledge of other creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms' visual guidelines and capabilities; ability to develop engaging content for various audiences.
