We are expanding our creative team in Kollam, Kerala , and looking for a talented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer who knows how to hold attention in the first 3 seconds and deliver polished, agency-grade edits.

If you have a strong eye for visual rhythm, branding aesthetics, and love experimenting with modern motion design and AI tools this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Short-Form Content & Reels: Edit engaging, fast-paced vertical video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) with crisp pacing, clean typography, and seamless transitions.
- Performance Ads: Craft high-converting video ads for Meta and Google performance campaigns that hook viewers and drive action.
- Brand Storytelling: Work on corporate videos, client case studies, brand launch reveals, and behind-the-scenes agency content.
- Motion Graphics: Integrate motion elements, animated logos,



and visual typography into raw footage to elevate the brand standard.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 2+ years of qualified video editing experience (agency or freelance environment preferred).
- Software Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Familiarity with CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or AI visual tools is a strong plus.
- Visual Sense: A deep understanding of sound design, color grading, visual hooks, frame rates, and typography.
- Growth Mindset: Ability to collaborate with brand strategists, take creative direction, and execute projects within tight client timelines.
