Job Purpose:-

1. Manages multiple subcategories and/or projects of increased complexity

2. Operates with significant autonomy and discretion Influences other retail and external teams

3. Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing, selection, and convenience for multiple subcategories

4. Owns the Retail P & L for multiple sub- categories; develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement

5. Creates strategic and prioritized vendor marketing plan that maximizes margin dollars and customer experience

6. Drives strategic negotiations to deliver top- and bottom-line category growth for sub-categories

7. Identifies opportunities to differentiate our customer experience from the competition; escalates findings to consider for strategic planning

8. Works with internal technical, cross- category, and tech teams to drive multi-system process changes.
