Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Designer, you will:

- Lead the UX strategy and design execution across multiple digital products, platforms, and client engagements.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered experiences across websites, mobile apps, digital products, and commerce ecosystems.
- Plan and conduct UX research activities including: o User interviews o Usability testing o Heuristic evaluations o Persona development o Competitive analysis

- Translate research findings, business goals, and user needs into: o User journeys o User flows o Information architecture o Sitemaps o Wireframes

- Create low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate concepts and support iterative design.
- Partner closely with UI/Visual Designers to deliver polished, consistent, and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Data, Technology, Media, and Project Management.
- Present UX concepts, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients.
- Ensure all UX deliverables align with accessibility standards (WCAG), design systems, brand guidelines, and UX best practices.

- Contribute to experience strategy, service design, and innovation initiatives during early project phases.
- Facilitate workshops, design thinking sessions, and co-creation activities with clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, design reviews, and best practices.

- Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead UX initiatives and contribute to internal innovation programs such as Unicorn Lab.





Required Qualifications Were looking for someone who has:

- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Experience Design within an agency, consultancy, or digital product organization.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating: o UX strategy o End-to-end design process o Complex problem-solving o User-centered thinking o Design craftsmanship

- Expertise in: o User flows o Journey mapping o Information architecture o Wireframing o Interactive prototyping o UX documentation

- Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into impactful design solutions.
- Robust understanding of: o Interaction Design principles o Human-centered Design o Behavioral psychology o Accessibility (WCAG)

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present and defend design decisions.
- Experience leading UX initiatives within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is preferred.

Tools & Technologies Experience with one or more of the following:

- Figma
- FigJam
- Figma Make
- Sketch
- Miro
- Adobe XD

Nice to Have Experience using Generative AI tools such as:

- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Claude
- DALL E
- Midjourney for UX research, ideation, content generation, rapid prototyping, workflow optimization, and design exploration.
