Role Overview

- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for State / Federal/Direct/implementation clients in the US.
- Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals
- Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants’ profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.




- Establish relationships with Stakeholders/ Consultants/Contractors in specified regions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Looking for minimum 3-7 years of experience into US IT Recruitment, focusing on Federal clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal-specific IT recruitment processes.
- Should be familiar with Vector VMS (CAI) portal operations.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and work authorization types.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in IT roles.
- Excellent standard or oral and written English with proven communication skills
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet organizational needs.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ceipal).
