Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced qualified with over 10 years of expertise in architectural projects. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design, technical coordination, execution, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

As a significant portion of our projects are located in hilly and mountainous regions , the role requires hands-on experience in terrain-sensitive planning and execution. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of topography, grading, slope stabilization, retaining structures, drainage systems, and construction methodologies for challenging sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through all phases—from concept design, design development, technical documentation, and construction to project handover.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution while meeting quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
- Review and approve design deliverables, including drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and construction documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement timely solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead, mentor,



and manage multidisciplinary design teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, geotechnical, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct regular site reviews to monitor quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Oversee construction coordination, material approvals, and execution quality.

Hill Terrain Expertise Lead the planning and execution of projects in challenging terrains, with expertise in:

- Contour and topographical analysis
- Terrain-sensitive planning and grading
- Cut-and-fill optimization
- Retaining structures and slope stabilization
- Drainage systems for hillside developments
- Foundation selection based on site conditions
- Site accessibility, logistics, and construction sequencing

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing architectural/Urban projects.
- Proven expertise in project management across design, documentation, site execution, and project completion.




- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, detailing, materials, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Demonstrated experience executing projects in hilly or mountainous regions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

- Extensive experience in large-scale master planning, tourism destination development, waterfront planning and design, and major public infrastructure projects.
- Complex projects in hilly or environmentally sensitive locations.
- Coordination with structural, geotechnical, MEP, and landscape consultants.
- Successful delivery of projects within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
