Job Summary

Kite Infotech is looking for an experienced Senior Telecaller who can handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, generate quality leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and prior telecalling or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and maintain a database of leads.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional communication.

Requirements




- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT, digital marketing, education, healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
