Job Summary In this role, the Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Component Cost Estimation, Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation, Supplier Development & Management. The primary focus will be on optimizing costs, fostering effective collaboration with suppliers, and enhancing the performance and relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the component cost estimation process to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for components.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements that benefit the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance,



identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance supplier performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross functional teams on cost estimation, collaboration, negotiation, and supplier development.

- Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate component costs.
- Knowledge of cost estimation tools and methodologies.

Other Requirements

Relevant certifications in Supply Chain Management or Procurement are a plus.
