Role Description The Senior Technical Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for leading the technical design, integration, and implementation of stationary energy storage systems across utility, commercial, and residential projects.

Day-to-day activities include reviewing and developing engineering drawings, performing system sizing and technical calculations, coordinating with cross-functional teams for EPC execution, and supporting procurement by defining technical specifications.

The Senior Technical

Engineer will troubleshoot system issues, optimize system performance, ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations,



and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project stakeholders. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, participating in client meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of products and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong background in electrical or energy systems engineering, with experience in power systems, energy storage technologies, and system integration.
- Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, power system modeling software, simulation tools) and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in EPC project execution, including technical specification development, vendor evaluation, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, grid interconnection requirements, safety regulations, and best practices related to stationary energy storage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
