Role Description The Senior Team Lead – University Business will oversee and grow ICA Edu Skills’ university-focused partnerships and initiatives from the Kolkata office in a full-time, in office capacity. This role involves leading and mentoring a team to drive institutional outreach, manage relationships with university stakeholders, and support enrollment and placement activities aligned with ICA’s programs.

Responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, developing business plans for university collaborations, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth program delivery,



and monitoring performance metrics for the university business segment.

The Senior Team

Lead will engage with academic administrators and student communities, handle escalations professionally, and ensure high standards of service and communication. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and contributing to strategic decisions that strengthen ICA’s presence in the higher education ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong team leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to build trust with university stakeholders and respond effectively to student and partner needs.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate market trends, track performance data, and recommend data-driven strategies for university business growth.
- Proven experience in educational business development, institutional sales, or academic partnership management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and uphold ethical, inclusive, and learner-centered practices.
- Familiarity with vocational training, skill development initiatives, or the higher education sector, particularly in India, is preferred.
