Job Title : Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Work Location: In person

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

:

- Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with department/business heads to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and consultants.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely feedback loops.
- Negotiate offers confidently and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/MIS/ATS with real-time hiring status.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio) and report regularly to management.
- Represent Urbanroof professionally in all candidate interactions, acting as a brand ambassador.
