We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer with 7+ years of IT experience to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, SQL, and data visualization. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating complex data into intuitive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to leverage visualization-ready datasets and support effective data modelling.

Responsibilities include end-to-end dashboard development, testing, deployment, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. Strong knowledge of dashboard UX, data quality, governance, and reporting standards is required.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining technical documentation is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for delivering scalable, high-quality BI solutions.
