Role Description The Senior System Engineer role at Kapxha Dynamics is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable systems and infrastructure to support business operations and technology initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include system configuration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and security.

The Senior System Engineer will also provide advanced technical support, lead system upgrades and migrations, document architectures and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering practices.

Qualification Matrix:

Programming & Frameworks

- C++ (11/14/17): Performance-critical, real-time and autonomy modules
- Python 3.x: System orchestration, tooling, ML pipelines and automation
- OpenCV (3.4+/4.x): Image processing, feature extraction, tracking and vision pipelines

Autonomy & UAV Systems

- Robust understanding of ArduPilot internals, including GUIDED, AUTO and RTL modes, parameter tuning, EKF/pose estimation, failsafes and mission commands
- MAVLink: Telemetry, message handling, mission planning/upload, vehicle commands and programmatic guidance
- Experience with pymavlink, MAVSDK, DroneKit or equivalent UAV communication libraries

Computer Vision & Edge AI





- Deployment of neural networks on NVIDIA Jetson using TensorRT/ONNX
- Model optimization including quantization, pruning and real-time latency optimization
- Practical knowledge of YOLO, SSD, Faster R-CNN, SORT/DeepSORT and related perception pipelines
- Camera calibration, depth estimation, coordinate transformations and reprojection

Embedded & Communication Systems

- Hands-on experience with UART/Serial, I²C, SPI, CAN, PWM, SBUS/PPM
- Understanding of radio/telemetry systems, bandwidth, latency, packet loss and communication reliability
- Experience interfacing companion computers with flight controllers and peripheral systems

Algorithms & Autonomous Systems

- Fundamentals of PID control, state estimation, guidance and waypoint navigation
- Behaviour Trees and Finite State Machines for autonomous decision-making
- Understanding of multi-agent and swarm algorithms , including flocking, consensus, leader election, collision avoidance and distributed task allocation

Simulation, Testing & Engineering

- Experience with ArduPilot SITL/HITL and simulation-based testing
- Unit and integration testing using GTest/PyTest
- Strong Git and CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalent
- Profiling, debugging and real-time performance optimization
- Ability to analyse telemetry, flight logs and structured datasets using CSV/Parquet or equivalent tools
