We are looking for an experienced Lead SQL DBA with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Database Administration, and Reporting/BI tools to join our team.

Key Requirements 0–15 years of strong SQL Server DBA experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016–2022

Excellent knowledge of T-SQL, Query Optimization & Performance Tuning

Experience with Always On Availability Groups, Clustering, Replication, Log Shipping, Backup & Recovery

Solid experience with Reporting & BI platforms – Power BI and SSRS are MUST-HAVE

➕ Exposure to Cognos, Tableau, Oracle BI Publisher or Argos Reporting will be an advantage





Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, IICS and SSIS

Experience supporting enterprise production environments and L3/L4 technical issues

Strong ability to work independently and manage projects/technical requirements directly with clients

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to Azure SQL / AWS RDS / hybrid database environments is an added advantage

Experience with PowerShell, Python or SQL Agent for automation is a plus Domain Preference Experience in the Higher Education domain is highly preferred, particularly exposure to ERP environments such as Ellucian Colleague or Jenzabar.

However, candidates from other industries with strong SQL DBA + Reporting/BI + client-facing experience are also encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership, independently troubleshoot complex database/reporting issues, work directly with clients, and drive technical requirements/projects with minimal supervision.
