Senior Specialist - Software Engineering

- Strong technical depth and hands-on expertise in AI/Agentic solutions

- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs

- Experience building enterprise-grade agent solutions and guiding architecture decisions

- Working knowledge of Azure AI Services, Visual Studio, and .NET

- Strong partner-facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to SI partners and help unblock technical challenges

- Candidates should be comfortable working with System Integrator (SI) partners in an advisory capacity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, consulting, customer success, or software delivery.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to make progress with minimal guidance.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to engage with C-level executives, developers, architects, partners, and sales teams.

- Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, .NET, and Office 365.
