The ideal candidate with strong experience in leading end-to-end RFQ/RFP and quotation management across Aerospace, Metals, PCBA, Cable, and EMI verticals. Proven expertise in costing, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering competitive proposals that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead the quotation function across Aerospace, Metals, PCBA, Cable, and Elector Mechanical Integration verticals, managing the end-to-end RFQ/RFP process and leading the quotations team.

- Review customer RFQs, analyze 2D/3D drawings, specifications, and feasibility to develop accurate and competitive quotations.

- Prepare BOMs, compile raw material and standard part requirements, coordinate supplier/internal costing, and validate quotations.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with NPI, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure timely RFQ submissions.

- Maintain the RFQ register, monitor quotation progress, and ensure compliance with customer timelines and quality requirements.

- Interface with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the RFQ lifecycle, from opportunity identification to bid submission and business conversion.





- Analyze supplier quotations, market trends, and pricing strategies to optimize cost competitiveness and win rates.

- Support business growth by converting customer engagements into RFQs and successful business opportunities while ensuring continuous process improvement in quotation management.

Qualifications

- Candidates with 5 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or commercial quotation management

- Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal, Machining, PCBA, Cable Assemblies, and EMI products and manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of special processes, surface finishes, materials, and industry quality standards.

- Experience in cost estimation, BOM analysis, supplier management, and RFQ/RFP handling across multiple commodities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Solid analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an effective team player with a proactive approach.
