Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

Location: Vishakhapatnam

Department: Quality Assurance

Reports To: Director of Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning the quality assurance processes within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, and requirement traceability matrices.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, integration, and end-to-end testing.




- Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.
- Work with engineers to design and execute test cases for new features.
- Perform complete system validation testing prior to major releases.
- Work with data scientists to design and execute AI validation test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites.
- Ensure automated test coverage for recent features and existing functionality.
- Participate in the software validation process.
- Mentor junior QA engineers.

Qualifications:Required:

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing, including API testing and testing SaaS platforms with AI components.
- Proficiency in Selenium test automation.
- Experience with AWS.
- Demonstrable programming skills in Python.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into them.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Expertise in testing complex web, and API-based applications.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of security testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience testing of validated systems.
