Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Automation Engineer with strong expertise in DCS (Mandatory), along with hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems for process industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, test, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS). (Mandatory)
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic and control programs.
- Configure and maintain SCADA and HMI applications for plant monitoring and control.
- Perform commissioning, FAT, SAT, and site acceptance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation and instrumentation systems.




- Integrate field instruments, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution and plant shutdown activities.

Required Skills

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with DCS
- Robust knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI
- Industrial automation and process control systems
- Instrumentation engineering concepts
- Loop checking, calibration, and commissioning
- Control valves, transmitters, sensors, and field instrumentation
- Industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC, or Ethernet/IP
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
