KEY ACTIVITIES

Architect and develop full stack components within our core product, with strong attention to performance, security and maintainability

Solve complex technical problems and bring in best development practices

Design and build GenAI agents and integrate LLM-based capabilities into the product

Work autonomously, drive topics end-to-end and take initiative with minimal supervision

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Robust in Java/JEE and REST & microservices (backend)

Strong in JS frameworks, especially Vue.js (frontend)

Solid design patterns, SQL/PL-SQL, performance tuning

Hands-on building custom GenAI agents and integrating LLMs into production

Efficient use of GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) and prompt engineering

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

GOOD TO HAVE

Agent frameworks & orchestration (LangChain, RAG, vector databases)

NoSQL, Azure DevOps, Git
