Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of software development experience, primarily focused on Golang. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices, along with hands-on experience working with Kubernetes in cloud-native environments. Basic exposure to Java (0-1 year) is desirable for supporting and maintaining existing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Golang.

- Architect and implement high-performance, reliable, and secure distributed systems.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture.

- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.

- Support and enhance existing Java-based services as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of software development experience.





- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (primary development language).

- Experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.

- Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts, deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and system design.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 0-1 year of experience with Java

- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Open Telemetry.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
