Key Responsibilities

- Drive audience growth across Meta, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Develop and execute data-driven content and distribution strategies.
- Maximize Meta & YouTube monetization and platform performance.
- Manage brand collaborations, sponsored content, and digital revenue opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and optimize growth through analytics.
- Implement AI tools and automation to improve content workflows.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Proven track record of scaling brands, creators,



or digital communities. (Portfolio Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Meta, YouTube, platform algorithms, and monetization.
- Experience in branded content, creator partnerships, and digital publishing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and social media automation.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
