Role Description The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms to build brand visibility and drive engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves managing content calendars, overseeing post creation, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include developing platform-specific strategies, coordinating with design and content teams, and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The role also requires monitoring trends, managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages,



and reporting on key metrics and ROI.

The Senior Social Media

Manager will mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications Strong social media marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multi-platform campaigns.

Excellent communication and writing abilities for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Proficiency in content strategy, including audience analysis, channel planning, and performance-driven content development.

Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and data interpretation to guide optimization and decision-making.

Proven background in digital marketing within an agency or multi-brand workplace; familiarity with design, branding, and paid media is an advantage.

Ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
