Job Title: Software Engineer (III) - Core Engineer III

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Siemens Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Teamcenter customization, BMIDE, C++ (ITK), Java (SOA), and Active Workspace development.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise PLM solutions, implementing and enhancing Teamcenter applications for global engineering teams.

- Develop and customize Siemens Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, and SOA.
- Perform data model customization including Item Types, Forms, LOVs, and Business Rules.
- Develop and enhance Active Workspace components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Customize workflows, handlers, exits, and Teamcenter integrations.
- Configure Structure Manager, Revision Rules, Variant Configuration, Configuration Context, and Access Manager (AM) Rules.
- Support Engineering Change processes (ECN/MCN) and workflow automation.




- Troubleshoot and optimize Teamcenter customizations and production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter Development.
- Solid expertise in BMIDE customization and data modeling.
- Proficiency in C++ (ITK) customization.
- Hands-on experience with Java (SOA) development and integrations.
- Experience in Active Workspace customization using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules including Structure Manager, Revision Rules, Variant Configuration, Configuration Context, AM Rules, Workflows, and ECN/MCN processes.
- Experience in debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Exposure to Full Stack Java Development is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
